Today is the last addition in 2008. Sides for the De Soto S5 Six and the Studebaker 5C president resp. 9A Commander were added. There is an additional photo of an Sd. Kfz. 251/01 Ausf. B with s. WG 40 and 3.7cm Pak 35.
In addition, I would like to say thank you to all people which supported me by creating and evolving this site. I hope that this cooperation will led to further additions and improvements on this site in the future. I’d like to wish all involved and interested people a Happy New Year 2009!

By courtesy of the German federal archive, a larger update and expansion of the site could be done in the last few days. The German federal archive donated about 100,000 photos to Wikimedia Commons at free disposal. It is allowed to use these photos for free with respect to the Creative Commons BY-SA-3.0-gb license restrictions. Therefore I point out, that all photos of the German federal archive which were modified by me and are shown on this site can be used by everyone for free under respect of the mentioned license restrictions.

The sides of the 1-axle trailers, 2-axle trailers and multi-axle trailers were redesigned. The side of the Sd. Kfz. 9 was equalised to the sides of the other half-track vehicles.

Several tables were reworked. Following tables were added: Commercial passenger cars, booty cars table 1 and table 2, commercial lorries, booty lorries table 1, table 2 and table 3, omnibuses, wheeled-tractors, full-tracked tractors. The tables are based on an official document, literature and photo evidence.
Following sides were added: Lancia, Lancia 3 Ro N Mil. An additional photo can be found on the side of the Chevrolet model 1936.

The passenger car section of the Daimler Benz AG was reworked and the Mercedes-Benz 18/80 PS Nürburg 460 was added. The Adler passenger car section was corrected and reworked, too.
The Renault ABF COE lorry was added. New or additional photos were added on the sides of the Mercedes-Benz L 3750 and Sd. Kfz. 7/1.

In the last days, a larger quantity of additions and updates were made. Because their development was heavily influenced by the development of passenger cars, lorries and half-track vehicles, armoured vehicles were added to this site.
New sides wee added for: the Kfz. 13/14, the 4-wheeled armoured cars Sd. Kfz. 221, Sd. Kfz. 222, Sd. Kfz. 223, Sd. Kfz. 247 B, Sd. Kfz. 260/261, the 6-wheeled armoured cars Sd. Kfz. 231/232, Sd. Kfz. 247 A, Sd. Kfz. 263, the 8-wheeled armoured cars Büssing-NAG type GS Sd. Kfz. 231, Sd. Kfz. 232, Sd. Kfz. 233, Sd. Kfz. 263, the 8-wheeled armoured cars Büssing-NAG ARK Sd. Kfz. 234/1, Sd. Kfz. 234/2 and Sd. Kfz. 234/3. Further sides were added for the Sd. Kfz. 254, the le. SPW Sd. Kfz. 250, the m. SPW Sd. Kfz. 251, the Austro-Daimler ADGZ, the Ford 91Y 4x4 Marmon-Herrington, the Panhard 178 and the Fiat/SPA AB 41. A side for the s. WS. was added, too. Because new photo material of the Sd. Kfz. 234 and the s. WS. is very rare, these types will be shown using photos of model kits.
Following sides were added: Audi 920, Kromhout with Kromhout omnibus and Kromhout-Volvo semi trailer unit, 2cm Flak (Sf) on s. gl. Einheits-Pkw, Sd. Kfz. 7 conclusion model.
New or additional photos were added on following sides: Adler W 61, Mercedes-Benz L 6500, Kfz. 4, Kfz. 23, Kfz. 81, Sd. Kfz. 7 KM m 9/10 und Sd. Ah. 116.
The lorry section of Daimler-Benz was slightly reworked and corrected. Now there are production figures for lorries and buses.

A side for the NSU-Fiat 1500 was added.
The Renault Vivastella side has a new photo.
The sides of the light Einheits-Pkw, the middle Einheits-Pkw, the heavy Einheits-Pkw and the Einheits-Diesel were completely redesigned.

The lorry section of the Opel side was updated. Now there are exact production numbers and type designations for the older Blitz types.
A side for the Mercedes type 15/70/100 PS resp. Mercedes-Benz type 400 was added.
New respectively additional photos were added on following sides: Mercedes-Benz L 3000 A, Mercedes-Benz type 230, Opel Kapitän, Matford F81A/F82A and Sd. Ah. 23.
The sides of the half track vehicles Sd. Kfz. 10, Sd. Kfz. 11, Sd. Kfz. 6, Sd. Kfz. 7 and Sd. Kfz. 8 were redesigned, too.

It is done, after several years of collecting photos and researching information from the net, forums and books! The site Kfz. der Wehrmacht has been grown to an extent worth to be opened to publicity. The works on this site lasted one and a half year and will be continued in the future.
