The Henschel type 36 was made propelled by a petrol engine as Henschel type 36 F 3 beginning in 1931 and propelled by a diesel engine as Henschel type 36 J 3 beginning in 1933. In 1936, it was replaced by the more modern Henschel type 36 W 3. This Henschel type 36 J 3 was photographed during a rail transport.
