The mittlerer Leuchtfeueranhänger (2 achs.) - medium two-axle beacon-light trailer - (Ah. 473) was used to guide aircrafts by light signals at night. The equipment consisted of a Kurbelmast LM 6 - telescopic mast - and a Drehscheinwerfer vierblitzig OF 4/130 - rotatable lamp with four flash lights. It differed only by the mountings for five 1.25 m radio mast rods on the door of the rear right stowage compartment from the leichter Leuchtfeueranhänger (2 achs.) (Ah. 472). (Image from D600)
