The leichter Leuchtfeueranhänger (2 achs.) - light two-axle beacon-light trailer - (Ah. 472) was used for giving Morse light signals on frontline airstrips. The equipment consisted of a Kurbelmast LM 6 - telescopic mast - and a Morsekennleuchte - Morse lamp. It differed only marginally from the mittlerer Leuchtfeueranhänger (2 achs.) (Ah. 473).
