Schneeschleuder

Most probably in 1937, the St. Blasien based company Schmidt constructed a snow blower based on a chassis of the l. gl. Lkw. The vehicle was designated Versuchsschleuder Nr. 1 - trial blower no. 1 - and was tested by the Generalinspektor für das deutsche Straßenwesen - general inspector of the German road engineering.

Besides the Schneeschleuder auf l. gl. Lkw., offen (Einheitsfahrgestell), the St. Blasien based company Schmidt constructed a snow blower based on a chassis of a m. Zgkw. 5t (Sd. Kfz. 6). The vehicle was designated Versuchsschleuder Nr. 2 - trial blower no. 2.
