Landescheinwerfer (Hg LL 150) (Anh. 322/3)

The Landescheinwerfer - landing searchlight - (Hg LL 150) (Anh. 322/3) was used for illumination of  runways or landing strips. A Beleuchtungsgerät für Landebahnbefeuerung Satz A - illumination device for landing stripe illumination set A - could be carried along. A battery charging rack for the charging of the batteries of 14 Einheitspanzerlampen - standard lights ? - and 4 Sammler - batteries - 2,4 NC 7 was installed in the trailer. The Landescheinwerfer Hg LL 150 with a Quecksilberhöchstdrucklampe - extra-high pressure mercury lamp - was positioned in the anterior part of the trailer. For operation, the box body roof was tilt up and the searchlight was errected by the use of a cable winch.
