The Industrija Motora Akcionarsko Drustvo - IMAD in short - was a company which produced aircraft engines. On the initiative of Praga, a license production of Praga RN lorries started on 24th October 1940. About 300 exemplares were manufactured until 1941. If further vehicles were manufactured under German direction is not known.
