Charles Arthur Tilt founded the Diamond T Motor Car Company in 1905. At the beginning passenger cars were made. The production of passenger cars was discontinued in 1911. Beginning in 1910, lorries and commercial vehicles were manufactured. From the beginning on, Diamond T gained a legendary reputation for the quality and reliability of its vehicles.
