The GAZ-64 was the Soviet copy of the Bantam BRC 40 but did not reach its performance characteristics and popularity. Beginning in September 1943, it was replaced by the improved GAZ-67. This GAZ-64 was captured by a German unit. Besides a pennant this vehicle had received a Nachtmarschgerät.
