The vehicle was propelled by a 115 HP Saurer diesel engine and had a pulling force of about 5.4 tons. From 1934 to 1939, in total 151 vehicles were manufactured. Like the illustrated vehicles, many C 7 P were captured without damages and were put into service by the Wehrmacht.
