Vauxhall Motors Ltd.
The Vauxhall Motors Ltd. was founded as Alex Wilson & Company (Steam Engineers) for the manufacturing of machines in London in 1857. Automobiles were manufactured beginning in 1903. Vauxhall was taken over by General Motors in 1925.
