Guy Motors was founded by Sidney Slater Guy in Fallings Park in 1914. At the beginning, lorries were made, later also buses. Passenger cars were manufactured from 1919 to 1925. Special three-axle cross-country lorries of the 3-ton class were manufactured for the British Army in the 1930s.
