The Albion Motor Car CO. in Glasgow started with the production of a half-tone transporter in 1902. In 1933, a diesel engine was developed. Besides other companies Albion manufactured three-axle lorries for the British army. In 1940 and later some of them got into the stocks of the Wehrmacht.
