The brand Maybach is particularly well-known for the legendary engines and the production of extremely expensive luxury vehicles. The first serial car was developed in 1921. Usually, the different types were manufactured in small series and in manual work. Most of the Maybach passenger cars might have probably been driven by extremely important and financially strong notables of industry and politics. Maybach passenger cars were extremely rare in the stocks of the Wehrmacht.
