Passenger cars of the brand Elite were very rare. The illustrated vehicle is most probably an Elite S 12 which was manufactured from 1926 to 1928. The successor model S 14 had left-hand drive. This car originated most probably from a police unit. The number plate of the police president Dresden points to this conclusion. But the men in the car already wore Wehrmacht uniforms.
