The Matford V8-F01W (model 1940) resp. V8-F11W (model 1941) with a payload of 3.2 tons had the same driver’s cab like the 5 ton lorry V8-F917WS resp. V8-F997WS, but it had a shorter platform, a shorter wheelbase and a different radiator mask. It was propelled by a 3.6 litres V8 engine with a power of 90 HP.
