170 exemplars of the Latil M7 T1 were made as personnel carrier and towing vehicle for the 2.5 cm AT gun until the French capitulation. The vehicle had all-wheel drive. If further exemplars of this type were made for the Wehrmacht is unknown.
This Latil M7 T1 was converted to a wheeled-tractor with platform superstructure by an engineer unit of the Wehrmacht. At least three of these concersions were used by this unit as towing vehicle for Bockwagen and Uferbalkenwagen (Pf. 10).
Very interesting is this Latil M7 T1 of the Kriegsmarine. It was converted to a Truppen- luftschutzkraftwagen - anti-aircraft motor vehicle - (Kfz. 4) by adding a Zwillingssockel 36.
