The Skoda 6ST6-T with a payload of 4 tons was manufactured from 1938 to 1941. Altogether 544 exemplars were made. It was propelled by a six-cylinder petrol engine with an output of 100 HP.
As of 1940 this type was designated Skoda H. A cable winch was available as standard. The illustrated vehicle was used by a medical unit of the Wehrmacht.
