The brand Imperia was located near Liège. Motor vehicles were manufactured beginning in 1906. Because of financial difficulties in the early 1930s, one manufactured passenger cars based on a license of Adler beginning in 1933/34. After the occupation of the work by German troops only a few TA 7 and TA 11 were completed. Until the end of war, the work was used for maintenance of lorries and buses.
