Only a few exemplars of the Fu. Mastkw. (Kfz. 311) mit Einheitsfahrgestell für l. Lkw. - with standard chassis for light lorries - were made. Most probably, it should replace the corresponding Kfz. 301 based on the m. gl. Lkw. (o).
The Funkmastkraftwagen (Kfz. 311) was used to built up a 30 meters high telescope radio mast for a directional radio system.
