The formerly Czechoslovakian Landebahnleuchtwagen L.S.V. - landing strip illumination wagon - was taken over into the stocks of the Luftwaffe. The light was mounted on an about one meter long derrick boom which could be errected manually. (Image from D.(Luft)T. 8550)
On this photo, a Landebahnleuchtwagen L.S.V. can be seen in transportation mode. A Skoda machine set, which was mounted on a similar one-axled trailer, belonged to the L.S.V.
