The Flader-Anlassgerät auf Anh.Fgst. A1 - Flader-starter on trailer chassis A1 - replaced the older Anlassgerät (Benzinelektroaggregat) 600 W auf Karren and the Preßluftflaschenwagen. A petrol-electrical machine set for engines which were electrically started was placed below the large cover. Bottles with pressed air for engines which were started by pressed air were stored in the two long boxes on both sides of the trailer.
