The Teigknetwagen (Vwf. 2) – dough mixer wagon - consisted of the anterior wagon, where pieces of equipment were stored, and the rear wagon with the dough mixer that was propelled by a simple electric motor. In one hour, 1.700 kg of bread dough could be prepared. (Image from H.Dv. 489/3)
