The first exemplars of the 12,8 cm Flak 40 were based on a cruciform mount. This version could be moved with a Sonderanhänger 203 (Sd. Ah. 203). Due to reasons of weight, the gun barrel had to be transported with a gun barrel trailer, the Rohrwagen 40. It seems that only single exemplars of this trailer were procured. (Image from LDvT 1156/1)
