Krankenwagen (unknown origin)

The illustrated type of a horse drawn Krankenwagens - ambulance - could be identified in several photps. The origin of this ambulance could not be clarified so far.

This unit of the Wehrmacht had two exemplars of this unknown ambulance. In a further photo, three exemplars can be seen during a rail transport. Because the illustrated photo was made during the campaign in the West in 1940, this ambulance originates most probably from Austria, Czechoslovakia or Poland. Who can identify the origin and type of this ambulance?
