The 20 cm leichter Ladungswerfer - 20 cm light spigot mortar - was transported with the Handkarren für leichten Ladungswerfer - handcart for light spigot mortar - (Pf. 25). It was towed by the crew. On flat roads, the trailer could be towed by a motorised vehicle with moderate speed. The leichter Ladungswerfer was used in the first years of war. Its range of only 700 meters proved to be too low. Together with the equipment of the leichter Ladungswerfer, the Handkarren für leichten Ladungswerfer (Pf. 25) was officially introduced with the A.H.M. 1941, Blatt 12 fro 7th May 1941, No. 453.
