Different items of equipment could be transported with the Nachrichtengerätkarren - signals equipment cart. In the photo, one can see a Rückentrage - carrying frame - and altogether three drums with each 1 km schwerem Feldkabel - heavy field cable. In addition, 6 Stangenteile - rods - to the left and 4 Stangenteile, a zweiteilige Drahtgabel - two piece wire forc - and an Erdleitungsrohr - earth conductor tube - to the left could be straped down to the frame in longitudinal direction. Besides others, the Nachrichtengerätkarren was carried along with a schweren Fernsprechkraftwagen.
