Not much information came to light about the leichter Infanteriehandkarren - light infantry handcart - (If. 7). It is mentioned in the manual Gerätliste D 97+ from 1st August 1939. The illustrated handcart is most probably such a leichter Infanteriehandkarren (If. 7).
