No information could be found about the Minenwerfer Munitionswagen – minethrower ammunition wagon – (If. 13). Most probably, the wagon in the illustrated photo is an If. 13. The towed 17 cm mittlere Minenwerfer - a medium minethrower - was introduced late in 1912. The 50 kg mines could be fired up to a range of 800 m. It was used until the early 1930s.
