The three axle lorry VOMAG 8 LR 654 (loading length 6.5 m) resp. 658 (loading length 7 m) was manufactured in about 100 exemplars from 1935 to 1939. The chassis had a loading capacity of 11 tons. Dependent from the superstructure, it had a payload of around 9 tons. The vehicle was propelled by a six-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 150, later 160 HP.
