This lorry is most probably a militarised variant of the M.A.N. type KVB/4 made for the Reichswehr. The KVB/4 was made beginning in 1926. It had a payload of 5 tons.
In the course of time, the MAN 5 KVB/4 was adapted to the wishes of the customers. The illustrated vehicle was most probably made in the late 1920s.
