The company Wichterle-Kovarik - in short WIKOV - arose of the merger of the companies Wichterle and Kovarik in 1922. Production of passenger cars ended in 1937 after 750 built vehicles. Lorries were manufactured until the year 1940. Most probably, the Wehrmacht had only individual exemplars in its stocks.
