The Premier Fahrrad- und Maschinenbau AG was founded in Eger by the British parent company Premier Cycles Company with the aid of the German branch in 1911. Automobiles were manufactured from 1913 to 1914. After World War I, motorcycles were manufactured commencing in 1923. The company was closed in 1933.
