The Leuchtfeuerkraftwagen - beacon light motor vehicle - (Kfz. 305/32) and (Kfz. 305/33) could not be differentiated, outwardly. The Leu. Feu. Kw. (Kfz. 305/32) was used by a schwere Leucht- feuertrupp (mot.) - heavy beacon light squad (motorised). It was equipped with the illustrated Kurbelmast für Leuchtfeuer - extendable mast for beacon light - and a Drehscheinwerfer - rotatable beacon light - with 12 spotlights. The Leu. Feu. Kw. (Kfz. 305/33) was used either by a leichte Leuchtfeuertrupp (mot.) - light beacon light squad (motorised) - or a mittlere Leuchtfeuertrupp (mot.) - medium beacon light squad (motorised). The l. Leu. Feu. Trp. (mot.) was equipped with a Morsekennleuchte - morse beacon - while the m. Leu. Feu. Trp. (mot.) was equipped with a Drehscheinwerfer vierblitzig - rotatable beacon light with four flashlights - whose flashlights were arranged into four directions.
