Of the 244 Panzerkampfwagen 35 (t) which were taken over by the Wehrmacht, about 20 were converted to Panzerbefehlswagen 35 (t). Besides the additional radio equipment, the vehicles received a conspicuous Dachantenne - roof antenna - behind the turret. Several Pz.Bef.Wg. 35 (t) were re-converted to standard Panzerkampfwagen 35 (t) in 1941.
